Heritage Concrete Construction is hiring Experienced Concrete Foremen to join our growing team!

Experience Required

We are looking for a foreman who has experience leading a crew in commercial and/or civil concrete construction. This is not an entry-level position.

What You'll Do

Lead by example—actively working alongside crew members.
Provide direction/training to your team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Work closely with superintendents to review project requirements, schedules, and necessary manpower.
Responsible for daily documentation.
Construct foundations, walls, slabs, columns, beams, and elevated decks.
Read measurements and work from the layout.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Assist with concrete placements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Work as part of a professional crew

Qualifications
✔ Experience in commercial or civil concrete construction required
✔ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
✔ Knowledge of concrete formwork and layout
✔ Must have your own basic carpenter tools
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Valid driver's license preferred
✔ Willingness to travel to project locations as needed
