Experienced Concrete Paver 3 Man Crew Wanted • Paid Per Projects

Smarter Scapes is hiring 3-man paver crews. Multiple projects ready to start now.

We do concrete paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls across the Nashville metro. We have several jobs ready to start tomorrow and need crews who can start immediately and do it right the first time.

**What we need:**

• 3-man crew that already works together
• Real paver experience — base prep, compaction, screeding, laying pattern, cutting, edging, polymeric sand
• Your own hand tools, plate compactor, wet saw, and transportation
• Ability to read a simple plan and hit grade and slope
• Show up when you say you will

**What we offer:**

• Paid per project — price agreed at the walkthrough before you start
• Steady pipeline, not a one-off job
• Paid promptly on completion and sign-off
• We handle materials, permits, and the customer

**Requirements:**

• Crew lead must speak enough English to coordinate on site
• General liability insurance preferred; W-9 required for payment
• References from at least two completed paver jobs
