Experienced Concrete & Stone Coating Technician Needed – San Diego Cou

Established San Diego County exterior-cleaning company is expanding into concrete and natural-stone restoration and coatings. We’re looking for an experienced technician who can help us perform these services correctly and professionally.

Services will include:

• Concrete staining and sealing
• Epoxy and polyaspartic garage-floor coatings
• Driveways, patios, walkways and pool decks
• Natural-stone cleaning and sealing
• Flagstone, slate, travertine and similar surfaces
• Grinding, surface preparation, crack repair and coating application

We already have professional pressure-washing equipment and will purchase the grinders, sprayers, vacuums, application tools and products needed for the work. You do not need to own all the equipment, but you must have real hands-on experience and understand the complete process—from preparation and product selection to application and cleanup.

• Has proven experience with concrete and natural stone
• Understands stains, sealers, epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Can identify different surfaces and recommend the correct products
• Is dependable, detail-oriented and professional with customers
• Can help establish reliable procedures for consistently high-quality work
