Experienced Construction Crew Leader

Add Ventures is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced construction professional to join one of our established crews.

This is not a general labor position. We're looking for someone with solid construction experience who can work under an experienced foreman, take direction, lead by example, and become a key member of the team.

Our goal is to hire someone with the potential to eventually run their own crew as the company continues to grow.

What We're Looking For:

Several years of hands-on construction experience.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to follow the direction of an experienced foreman while taking initiative.
Leadership qualities and the desire to continue learning.
Team-first attitude and willingness to grow with the company.

What You'll Do:

Work alongside an established crew on residential and commercial construction projects.
Help maintain quality workmanship and jobsite efficiency.
Learn our systems, standards, and expectations.
Develop into a crew leader with the opportunity to run your own crew as new positions become available.
