**Experienced Construction Laborer / Carpenter Wanted**

Looking for a dependable construction laborer or carpenter with experience in residential remodeling, renovations, additions, and general construction.

You should be familiar with the general phases of construction, from demolition and framing through insulation, drywall, siding, roofing, trim, and finish work. You do not need to be an expert in every trade, but you should understand construction, know how to use tools safely, and be able to follow directions without constant supervision.

You must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, proper work clothing, and a good work ethic. You should be comfortable with lifting, ladders, demolition, framing, cleanup, and general job-site work.

This is not occasional cash work. I am looking for someone dependable who shows up on time, works steadily, and takes pride in the job.

Current projects are located in the Waltham and Dorchester areas.

Pay depends on experience, ability, tools, and reliability.
