Experienced Construction Supervisor, Residential, Hands-on

High-End Custom Home General Contractor, serving mainly the Central Coastal area is seeking a Construction Supervisor with Hands-on Capability to oversee residential remodels.

Expectations are to provide on-site supervisory and technical management of high-end residential projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate and perform duties at the highest standards is expected. Client satisfaction is paramount in our business as with maintaining high-level, quality control in planning and coordination of all field activities. Must be able to read and understand plans, maintain a schedule and communicate via phone, text and email. Must be able to use timesheet app.

Must have tools and reliable transportation, registered and insured vehicle with a valid California Driver's License.
