Foundation Systems Hawaii is hiring experienced construction workers for our Honolulu-based crews. We are a busy, well-established specialty contractor looking for hardworking people who want excellent pay, overtime, and a stable long-term career.

What We're Looking For

Ideally 5+ years of construction experience, with skills in some or all of the following:

Concrete placement, repair and finishing

Jackhammers, chipping guns, air compressors, concrete saws and power tools
General construction, excavation and demolition
Good mechanical ability and understanding of equipment
Comfortable with physical labor, heavy lifting, crawlspaces and sloped/uneven terrain

You don't need experience in our specialized foundation work, we can teach that. We're looking for good construction people who know how to work.

Pay & Benefits

$28–$60+ per hour depending on experience and ability. Experienced foremen and exceptional candidates with a proven track record can earn at the top of the range.

Typically 5–10 hours of overtime per week

Medical, dental & vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid holidays
Bonus opportunities
Advancement into lead and foreman positions
Stable, year-round employment

Most work is on Oahu with occasional Neighbor Island travel. Valid driver's license required.

We have a great family-style culture where people are treated with respect. We want people who show up, work hard, take pride in their work, enjoy overtime, and want a company they can stay with for years.

If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you. Apply today and tell us about your construction, concrete and equipment experience.
