**Experienced Construction Worker / Skilled Laborer – Bay Area**

We are a residential construction company looking for an **experienced, reliable, and trustworthy construction worker** for residential construction projects.

This is a non-union position with a non-union residential construction company.

Because our employees work at clients’ homes and private properties, **trustworthiness, reliability, professionalism, and a clean background are extremely important. A background check and previous-employer/reference verification will be required before employment.**

We are looking for someone who shows up on time, can be depended on, respects clients and their property, works safely, and takes pride in doing quality work.

**Minimum experience required:**

• Concrete forming and finishing
• Rebar cutting, bending, tying, and fabrication
• Exterior wall sheathing installation
• Siding installation
• Window installation
• Skid steer operation is a plus

Experience with additional trades is a strong plus, including:

• Framing
• Demolition
• Trenching
• Decks and exterior carpentry
• Finish carpentry
• General remodeling and new construction

**The more construction experience and skills you have, the better.**
