Experienced contractor/handyman

I need a skilled, efficient handyman for a small, focused job this coming Friday the 3rd. More work will be available for our fixer-upper for the right person.

THIS JOB:

Friday, April 3 (anytime after 10:30AM).
(I have a big DIY project starting Saturday morning, so I need your help to prep on Friday!)

Tasks:
1) disconnect kitchen faucet
2) pull out kitchen farmhouse sink (it’s not secured down so it will be easy to pull it up and out.)
3) tighten wiring on 4 switches/outlets that are already wired and connected, but not putting out power correctly.
4) 2 front porch light fixtures that are already wired in. They just need to be screwed to the house.

Pay:
$200 for approximately 4 hours. If it runs over, we’ll stop and reassess. These 4 jobs are quite simple.
