**Experienced Contractor/laborer needed**

Luxury home builder needs another experienced contractor to help with a variety of tasks. We need help with int/ext carpentry and hardware installation. This is a position for sub-contractor and you MUST have a business name and liability insurance. Invoices are paid monthly. Pay will be negotiated by the hour or by the job. You would not be required to purchase or transport any material. Our current projects are in Littleton and Bailey.
