Experienced Custom Cabinet Builder

Across the Board Woodworking is looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Builder to join our team in North Phoenix.

This is a full-time W2 employee position.

This is NOT an RTA cabinet assembly position.

We build custom cabinetry from the ground up using CNC-cut components and traditional woodworking skills.
We're looking for someone who can:
✔ Read shop drawings and renderings
✔ Measure accurately and think ahead
✔ Build face frames
✔ Assemble custom cabinet boxes
✔ Sand and prep cabinets for finishing
✔ Install hardware and accessories
✔ Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the build process
Requirements:

• Previous experience in a custom cabinet shop
• Must understand the complete cabinet manufacturing process
• Must have your own basic woodworking hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
