Experienced Custom Cabinetry Installer

We are a custom cabinetry shop seeking an Experienced Cabinetry Installer to execute high-end residential and multi-family cabinet installations throughout the local area.

We need a skilled craftsman who can independently execute whole-house installations using detailed cabinetry plans, lead junior installers, and uphold quality standards on active job sites. Compensation is dependent upon experience within the industry.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime: Friday overtime as needed to meet client deadlines
• Environment: Active job sites, including custom single-family homes and multi-family construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complete custom cabinetry installations directly from detailed shop drawings with minimal supervision
• Lead and mentor junior installers on-site from start to finish
• Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers
• Utilize digital tablets and phones for project updates and schedule tracking
• Troubleshoot on-site fitment issues while maintaining precise attention to detail

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of proven leadership experience in custom cabinetry installation
• Tools & Transport: Must own basic hand tools (major power tools provided). Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and an acceptable driving record required
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading detailed cabinetry blueprints; comfortable using digital software/apps
• Physical Demands: Able to stand/walk for 10-hour shifts, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and perform bending, stooping, reaching, and ladder work
• Reliability: Conscientious time management and dependability—frequent absenteeism and tardiness are not tolerated
