We are a growing outdoor construction company looking to hire experienced carpenters, mid-level carpenters, and apprentices. We specialize in high-end decks, covered structures, and outdoor living spaces.

Experienced Carpenter / Deck Builder

Confident in layout, framing, and execution.

Mid-Level Carpenter

Has experience and can work independently with direction.

Carpenter Apprentice

No experience required — must be reliable and willing to learn.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation in good condition (truck is a plus)
• Must be able-bodied and physically capable
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and communication
• Deck-building experience is a plus
• Own tools are a plus

Pay

• Experienced Carpenters: Open for discussion
• Mid-Level Carpenters: $18–$25+ per hour
• Apprentices: $15–$18 per hour
