Experienced Deck Crew Needed – Remove and Replace Wood Deck

Roofing and restoration contractor seeking an experienced crew to remove and replace an existing wood deck in the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra area.

Scope of work:

• Demolish and haul away existing wood decking
• Inspect framing, posts and footings for damage
• Replace deteriorated framing as authorized
• Install new pressure-treated wood decking
• Install stairs, handrails and guardrails as required
• Complete all finish work and leave the property clean

Requirements:

• Proven deck-building and carpentry experience
• Must have your own tools, transportation and crew
• General liability and workers’ compensation coverage preferred
• Ability to provide pictures of previous deck projects
• Reliable communication and professional appearance
• Must complete work according to applicable building codes
