Established Design-Build Contractor in Franklin Lakes is seeking experienced, professional subcontractors to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end outdoor living spaces, including custom decks, roof pavilions, covered porches, pergolas, and exterior renovations. We are looking to establish long-term relationships with dependable subcontractors who take pride in exceptional craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Working On

Composite and wood deck construction
Deck framing and structural work
Railings, stairs, fascia, skirting, and trim
Roof pavilions, covered decks, and covered porches
Pergolas and other custom outdoor structures
Complete projects from layout through final punch list
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building decks and roof structures from start to finish
Ability to read plans and execute work accurately
Excellent framing and finish carpentry skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude with homeowners
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable communication and consistent scheduling
Crew capable of working independently
Your own truck, trailer, tools, and equipment
Requirements
General Liability Insurance
Workers' Compensation Insurance
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to provide references and photos of previous work
Legal authorization to work in the United States
