Experienced Decking Technician – $250 - $300/Day

Job Description

Jersey Craft Exteriors is looking for a skilled and reliable Decking Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience building composite and wood decks, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $300 per day (based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:

Build and install composite and pressure-treated wood decking systems
Install framing, footings, posts, beams, joists, decking boards, railings, stairs, and fascia
Read and follow project plans and measurements accurately
Ensure all work meets local building codes and company quality standards
Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of deck construction experience preferred
Experience with Trex or other composite decking systems is a plus
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
