EXPERIENCED DOOR INSTALLER WANTED – FULL-TIME

$35.00+/Hour DOE | Full-Time | Steady, Year-Round Work

We are an established window and door installation company located in Los Alamitos, CA, seeking an EXPERIENCED, DEPENDABLE, and HARDWORKING Door Installer to join our team.

We are NOT looking for subcontractors or piecework installers. This is a full-time, hourly position for someone who wants steady employment with an established company.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a strong work ethic, shows up on time, follows through on responsibilities, and is willing to give 100% every day.

Our projects involve more than basic door replacements. We specialize in quality installations that require attention to detail, precision, and strong finish carpentry skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PROVEN EXPERIENCE Entry doors, interior doors (window and sliding patio doors in both retrofit and new construction) applications is also helpful experience to have.

Strong finish carpentry and trim skills. Our projects involve detailed finish work beyond basic vinyl trim.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and maintain high workmanship standards.

DEPENDABLE, PUNCTUAL, and HARDWORKING with a strong sense of responsibility.

Willingness to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and take pride in a job well done.

VALID California Driver's License with a CLEAN driving record – NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Reliable work truck or van. Must own professional installation tools, including drills, impact drivers, chop saw, table saw, and standard hand tools.

Fluent in English.

MUST provide professional references verifying previous door installation experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

Up to: $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Full-time employment – approximately 40 hours per week.

Approximately 95% of our jobs are located within 15 minutes of our Los Alamitos shop, minimizing unnecessary travel.
