JNL Painting is looking to build relationships with experienced drywall and painting subcontractors for ongoing residential projects in Anchorage and Eagle River.

We are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in quality work and want consistent projects without having to handle sales, advertising, estimating, or customer acquisition.

Type of work:

• Drywall installation
• Drywall finishing
• Texture matching
• Interior painting
• Small to medium residential projects
• Repair and insurance work

Compensation:
Jobs are paid by agreed lump-sum pricing per project based around approximately $60/hr production rates.

Example:

A 20-hour project = approximately $1,200 subcontract price.

Efficient, experienced contractors have the ability to earn more by completing quality work faster.
