EXPERIENCED Electrical Sign Fabricator / Vinyl Production

SCA Sign Group is looking for an experienced sign fabricator to join our busy sign shop. We are looking for a candidate to assist with the the tasks and responsibilities listed below. If you do not have previous sign fabrication experience PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!

Plans, prepares, and uses materials to be cut in a matter to keep waste to a minimum
Operates metal cutting equipment to accurately cut materials to job specifications
Operates welding equipment to weld sign parts together
Implements and maintains quality control and safety during material handling, cutting, and welding
Sands, grinds, polishes, and cleans cut materials
Layout materials to be used for skinning/covering sign structure
Operates Accubend Channel Letter Machine and Clincher
Operates CNC Router
Operates Vinyl Plotter
Ability to fabricate using various types of sign materials – wood, metal, acrylic, diabond, coroplast, etc.
Familiar with pylon signs, channel letters, sign cabinets, FCO letters, vinyl production and application
Bends and shapes sign parts by hand or by using brakes according to job specifications
Drills, rivets, screws, or adheres sign parts together
Repair products by dismantling, straightening and reshaping.
Operates skid steer for moving and positioning materials and supplies
Maintains a safe working environment
Maintains a clean and orderly work area
Complete all Tasks, and To-Dos as assigned by your supervisor
Experience with Matthews Paint Systems

Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. Must have a valid Drivers License and/or ID and proof of legal work status.
