Troubleshooting | Maintenance | Residential/Some Commercial Electrical

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and residential/some commercial electrical work. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who can diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and complete installations safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
-Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems in equipment, systems, and residential properties.

-Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

-Handle residential electrical work, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and electrical panels.

-Identify electrical faults and recommend effective solutions.

-Install, repair, and replace electrical components and equipment as needed.

-Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and wiring schematics.

-Follow electrical codes, safety procedures, and industry standards.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

-Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

-Previous hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrician, or in a similar role.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Experience with electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations.

-Residential electrical experience is required.

-Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, breakers, outlets, switches, and lighting systems.

-Ability to use electrical testing equipment and hand tools.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

-Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

-Valid driver’s license required.

-Electrical certification or relevant licensing is a plus.

-Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
