We are seeking licensed journeyman electricians (and strong apprentice-level candidates) for ongoing 1099 subcontract work. This is project-based, flat-rate compensation — you'll know exactly what a job pays before you take it. No surprises, no micromanagement. You bring the skills, we bring the work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Arizona Journeyman Electrician license preferred; apprentice-level candidates with strong residential experience considered
• Residential rough-in and trim experience required
• Reliable transportation and a full set of personal tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small crew
• Comfortable with flat-rate, project-based work structure
