Growing local electrical company hiring an experienced electrician who can handle both residential service work and commercial jobs. This is a field position for someone who can troubleshoot, complete code-compliant work, talk to customers, and finish the job without being babysat.

Service calls, panel work, tenant improvements, remodels, and smaller commercial jobs are the core of the work. Not a giant TPA shop.

**Pay**

• $32–$42/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, primarily days; occasional after-hours / emergency calls
• Company support available for California DIR electrician certification if you don’t already have it

**What you’ll do**

• Residential service, repair, and upgrades (panels, circuits, lighting, EV chargers, troubleshooting)
• Commercial electrical: tenant improvements, lighting, equipment circuits, disconnects, and service work
• Diagnose problems, explain options to the customer, and complete work to NEC and local code
• Support permits, inspections, and job notes/photos as needed
• Keep the van stocked and represent the company on every stop

**Requirements**

• Experienced electrician — residential **and** commercial (not helpers, not first-year apprentices)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, not just new construction
• Working knowledge of the NEC and Fresno / Clovis / county inspection practices
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable, on time, and able to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

**Pluses**

• Service-call experience with homeowners and small-business owners
• Experience with panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and commercial lighting
• Bilingual English/Spanish
