Experienced Electricians / Advanced Apprentices / Foremen

Windansea Electric is looking for experienced electricians, advanced apprentices, and lead/foreman-level electricians.

This is not an entry-level position. You do not need to be a journeyman, but you must have enough real field experience to be given a task and complete it independently without constant supervision.

We are a growing electrical contractor based in La Jolla specializing in high-end residential remodels, new construction, service work, panel upgrades, and electrical improvements.

Most of our work is in the coastal communities between Encinitas and Point Loma, with the majority in the La Jolla area. We keep our jobs within a relatively tight radius.

What we’re looking for:

• Real on-the-job electrical experience
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot
• Good knowledge of residential electrical work
• Reliable, professional, and shows up on time
• Own basic electrical hand tools
• Reliable truck/transportation
• Comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Able to work well independently and with a crew

There is plenty of work for the right person and a real opportunity to grow with the company. Full-time preferred, but we will consider part-time for the right person.

Compensation depends on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
