Experienced Epoxy Floor Installer Wanted — Full-Time/PRN

AES Flooring is a growing, family-operated epoxy and concrete coatings company in San Antonio. We do residential garage floors and commercial/industrial jobs, and we're expanding into bigger commercial and government contract work — including military base facilities.

We need an experienced installer who knows epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurea systems and can follow spec exactly — no shortcuts. If you've done diamond grinding, moisture testing, and multi-coat flake/quartz/metallic installs before, we want to talk to you.

What you need:

Real hands-on experience installing epoxy/polyaspartic flooring systems
Ability to follow manufacturer install specs to the letter
Must be able to pass a background check and get cleared for access onto military installations (JBSA) — this is non-negotiable, so please don't apply if you know this will be an issue
Valid driver's license, reliable transport
Able to handle physical work — grinding, kneeling, lifting, long days on your feet

Full-time or PRN depending on experience and availability
