Experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer

AES flooring is a fast-growing, veteran-owned concrete coatings company serving the San Antonio and Hill Country areas. We specialize in premium garage floors, commercial epoxy systems, polished concrete, metallic epoxy, and decorative concrete coatings. We are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work with a company that values professionalism and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
-Concrete grinding and surface preparation
-Crack and joint repair
-Moisture vapor barrier installation
-Epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane coating installation
-Full flake broadcast systems
-Equipment setup, maintenance, and clean up
-Delivering exceptional customer service on every project

Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years of epoxy flooring or concrete coatings experience
-Experience operating grinders and industrial vacuums
-Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
-Able to lift 75lbs + and work in outdoor Texas conditions
-Reliable, on time, and detail oriented
-Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
-$24-$26 per hour depending on experience
-Performance bonuses available
-Opportunity to advance into Crew Lead as we continue to grow
