European Automotive Technician

Description

EXPERIENCED EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN – $125K–$200K+/YEAR – NO WEEKENDS

AFA Auto Repair, LLC

AFA Auto Repair is looking for an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our growing independent repair team.

We work extensively on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, and other European vehicles, and we are looking for a technician who already understands the additional diagnostic knowledge, tooling, repair procedures, and attention to detail these vehicles require.

If you're currently working at a BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, or other European dealership or independent specialty shop and are looking for better earning potential, no weekends, and a professional independent-shop environment, we want to hear from you.

We are not simply looking for someone who can perform basic maintenance.

We're looking for a career technician with real European vehicle experience who can diagnose problems, perform complex repairs, and take pride in fixing vehicles correctly.

JOIN US COMPENSATION

$125,000–$200,000+ per year

Compensation is based on experience, diagnostic ability, efficiency, production, and overall technical skill.

A technician with strong European diagnostic and mechanical experience should be compensated accordingly.

If you can diagnose difficult problems, perform repairs efficiently, and consistently produce high-quality work, there is serious earning potential at AFA.

EUROPEAN VEHICLE EXPERIENCE

A significant part of our work involves European vehicles, including:

BMW

Mercedes-Benz
Audi
Volkswagen
MINI
Porsche

You do not need to be an expert in every European brand.

Experience dealing with European electrical systems, CAN networks, manufacturer-specific diagnostics, programming, coding, module communication issues, complex mechanical systems, and factory repair procedures is highly valued.

DIAGNOSTICS MATTER HERE

Modern European vehicles cannot be properly diagnosed with a basic code reader and a guess.

We understand that.

AFA believes in giving technicians access to the diagnostic equipment, repair information, wiring diagrams, technical information, programming capabilities, and specialty tools necessary to properly service today's European vehicles.

We want technicians who enjoy figuring out problems—not technicians who simply replace parts until the problem disappears.

If electrical diagnostics, drivability problems, network communication issues, module faults, or difficult mechanical diagnoses are areas where you excel, we especially want to speak with you.
