Experienced European Automotive Technician / Master Tech needed

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

The Auto Shop of Chapin is seeking an highly experienced A-Level / Master European Automotive Technician to join our growing, family-owned independent repair shop. We are known for quality work, a strong team culture, and rewarding technicians who are skilled, efficient, and professional.

As our European vehicle base continues to expand, we need a specialist who knows their way around complex German and European engineering. This is an immediate opening for top-tier technicians only.

We are not currently hiring C- or B-level technicians for this role.

Qualifications

10+ years of verifiable automotive repair experience, with a heavy focus on European platforms (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, etc.)
True master-level diagnostic capability
Advanced drivability and electrical diagnostic skills on complex European CAN bus/networking systems
Familiarity with Euro-specific factory tooling and software (ISTA, XENTRY, VCDS, etc.) is highly preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Own professional tools and toolbox
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
