Repaired & Relieved LLC is seeking experienced, dependable subcontractors for ongoing residential and commercial exterior construction and repair projects throughout Chicago's Northwest Suburbs.

Types of Work:

*Roofing and roof repairs
*Siding installation and repairs
*Soffit and fascia
*Gutters and downspouts
*Deck and porch repairs
*Exterior carpentry and trim
*Window repairs and installation

Requirements:

*Experience in exterior construction and repairs
*Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
*Quality workmanship and dependable scheduling
*Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
*Completed IRS Form W-9 required
*Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) required, including general liability and workers' compensation coverage, as applicable
*References or photos of previous work preferred
