Morgan Exteriors Inc. – Tampa Bay Area
Morgan Exteriors has been serving Florida homeowners for over 30 years and is looking for an experienced painter / painting crew for residential exterior projects.
We specialize in exterior remodeling, including James Hardie siding, and need experienced painters who understand how to properly prep and finish new exterior siding and trim.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience with:
Exterior residential painting
James Hardie siding
Hardie plank
Board & batten
Hardie panels
Exterior trim
Soffit & fascia
Caulking and sealing
Surface preparation
Spraying, rolling, and brushing
Touch-ups and punch-list work
Clean, professional job-site preparation and cleanup
Quality matters. We are looking for painters who take pride in their work and can deliver a professional finished product.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional exterior painting experience
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license for crew lead
Proper work documentation
Professional appearance
Ability to communicate with homeowners
Comfortable taking job-site photos
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and updates
Must maintain a clean and organized job site
For subcontractor crews, appropriate business documentation and insurance will be required before starting work.
