Experienced Exterior Painter – (W-2, Year-Round, Phoenix)

Crash of Rhinos Painting is hiring 2 experienced residential exterior painters for full-time year-round work in the Phoenix metro area.

We are a 19-year established company with steady work, organized jobs, and no layoffs or slow seasons. This is a W-2 position, not cash work and not subcontractor work.

Pay and Position

• $24–$26/hour depending on experience
• Full-time W-2 employee
• 40+ hours per week year-round
• Paid weekly by direct deposit
• PTO + 401(k) match
• Typical crew size: 3 painters

Work Type

• Residential exterior repaints
• Prep, masking, spraying, brushing, and rolling
• Job sites throughout the Phoenix metro area
