Experienced Exterior Repair Technician / Carpenter – $23–$30/hr

Repaired & Relieved LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable exterior repair technician/carpenter to join our team performing residential repair and remodeling work throughout the Northwest Suburbs.

We are looking for someone versatile and comfortable handling a variety of exterior projects, including:

General residential carpentry

Deck and porch repairs
Siding repairs and installation
Fascia and soffit
Exterior trim
Window and door repairs/installations
Stairs, railings, and posts
Other residential exterior repair work

Candidates must be comfortable using standard hand and power tools, taking accurate measurements, troubleshooting repairs, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior residential carpentry or exterior remodeling experience preferred
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Physical: Comfortable working outdoors, using ladders safely, and performing physical construction work
Skills: Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills

Pay & Position Details:

Pay: $23–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Paid weekly
We are looking for a skilled, well-rounded tradesperson — not just a general laborer
