One Source Electric is looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Field Electrician to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to install electrical equipment but truly understands how electrical systems work, why they fail, and how to fix them.

If you're the electrician everyone calls when nobody else can figure out the problem, we want to talk to you!

⚡ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Exceptional troubleshooting skills: Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.

Strong electrical theory: Solid understanding of Ohm's Law, voltage, amperage, resistance, and circuit fundamentals.

Ladder logic: Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot ladder diagrams, relays, contactors, and control circuits.

Blueprints and schematics: Confident reading electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Hands-on diagnostic experience: Proficient with multimeters, electrical testing equipment, and systematic troubleshooting techniques.

Commercial electrical experience: Knowledge of lighting systems, electrical distribution, controls, maintenance, and repairs.

Independent field performance: Ability to evaluate a problem, determine the cause, develop a solution, and complete the repair safely and professionally.
