Experienced Finish Carpenter – Residential Bathroom Remodeling

The Bath Remodeling Center is looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. We specialize in high-quality bathroom renovations throughout Cary, Raleigh, and the Triangle.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys producing clean, detailed finish work—but also understands that remodeling means pitching in with demolition, framing, and whatever it takes to complete a project the right way.

Pay & Benefits

• $28–$35/hour DOE • (Exceptional candidates: $30–$38/hour)
• Weekly pay
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

🔨 What You'll Be Doing

Our projects include complete residential bathroom remodels, including:

• Demolition and tear-out
• Framing and blocking
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Installing doors, casing, baseboards, and finish details
• Vanity and accessory installation
• Light drywall repairs
• Working alongside our project managers and remodeling team
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site

• 3+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience
• Strong trim and finish carpentry skills
• Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Comfortable performing both finish work and demolition/tear-out
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Own hand tools & small power tools
• Ability to pass a background check
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
