**Experienced Finish / Trim Carpenter Needed — High-End Residential Project in Ross**

**About Us**
We are a small, established general contracting firm specializing exclusively in high-end residential construction and large-scale remodels throughout Marin County and San Francisco.

We are currently seeking an experienced, lead-level finish carpenter to support our in-house team on a custom estate project in Ross.

**Required Qualifications**

• Active CSLB license that can be verified
• Bonded and insured
• Extensive experience in high-end residential finish carpentry
• Ability to work independently with minimal layout or supervision
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in carefully protected high-end homes

The current scope includes:

• Interior and exterior doors
• Windows
• Casing and baseboard
• Exterior trim
• Crown molding
• Custom finish details

Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Cabinet installation
• Complex stain-grade crown and trim
• Stair and railing installation
• Fine woodworking
• Saunas and other custom wood interiors
• Transitional-style estate homes

This position is best suited for a lead-level carpenter who can review drawings, plan and lay out their own work, identify potential issues, and consistently produce high-quality results.

**Quality craftsmanship is essential, but productivity is equally important.** We are looking for someone who works efficiently, maintains a steady pace, and can complete work within reasonable production expectations without sacrificing quality. The ideal carpenter understands how to balance precision with progress and does not require excessive time to complete standard finish-carpentry tasks.

**Compensation**
