Experienced Flooring Installer & Helper Needed – Full Time

Elite Contract Flooring is looking to hire an experienced Lead installer as well as an additional experienced helper to join our growing commercial flooring team.

We specialize in commercial flooring installations including:

• Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT)
• Sheet Vinyl
• Carpet Tile
• Self-Leveling concrete
• Moisture Mitigation Systems
• Flash Coving
• Ceramic & Porcelain Tile
• Floor Preparation and Surface Grinding

Requirements:

• Commercial flooring experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends as project schedules require
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to travel locally to job sites
• Must be able to pass a background check

We perform a significant amount of work on military bases, federal buildings, schools, and government facilities. Because of this, all employees must be able to pass required background checks before being allowed on site.

Pay: Competitive and based on experience.

Installer $60k-$100k+ per year
Helper $17-25 per hour
