EXPERIENCED FLORIST / FLORAL DESIGNER — FULL TIME — $25-$30/HR

Le Boutique Royal is looking for an experienced professional florist to join our team in Doral, Miami.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has strong experience creating luxury floral arrangements and mixed-flower designs. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced floral environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Professional floral design experience required

Experience creating luxury and mixed-flower arrangements
Strong knowledge of fresh flowers and proper flower care
Excellent attention to detail and design
Prepare floral orders accurately and efficiently
Organize flowers, supplies, and stock
Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining proper stock levels
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Able to work well as part of a team
Must be able to communicate effectively in either English or Russian. Fluency in at least one of these languages is required.

Fixed schedule
$25-$30 per hour
