EXPERIENCED FRAMING CREW NEEDED – NEW CONSTRUCTION HOUSE

Experienced residential framing crew needed immediately for a new-construction single-family house in South Atlanta / Jonesboro Road area

Scope of Work

• Complete structural framing of new residential construction
• Basement, main floor, exterior and interior walls
• Floor system
• Roof framing
• Window and door openings
• Sheathing and related framing work
• Complete framing according to approved construction plans
• Correct any framing deficiencies necessary to pass inspection

Requirements

• Must have proven experience framing complete new-construction houses
• Must have an established crew capable of completing the project efficiently
• Must provide own tools and equipment
• Must be dependable and able to start immediately
• Work must comply with plans, applicable building codes and inspection requirements
• Must keep jobsite clean and remove framing debris as work progresses
• References and photos/addresses of recently completed framing projects required

*This is not a handyman or one-person framing job. We are looking for an experienced framing crew capable of taking the house from the current stage through complete framing and inspection readiness.
