Experienced Gardener

Simply Miraculous Fine Gardening is looking for an experienced gardener to join our team in caring for established residential gardens in Hingham. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.

This is a seasonal position from April through November/December. Our schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

What You'll Be Doing

• Caring for established ornamental gardens on high-end residential properties
• Hand weeding, deadheading, and detailed perennial garden maintenance
• Skilled hand pruning of ornamental shrubs and small trees
• Assisting with the installation and transplanting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small trees

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional gardening experience
• Experience with seasonal garden maintenance and pruning ornamental shrubs and small trees
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in the quality of their work
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Works well as part of a team and independently
• Able to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
