Battle Born Access Systems is seeking an experienced Gate Automation & Access Control Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and HOA gate automation, access control systems, ornamental iron, surveillance systems, and electrical installations throughout Southern Nevada.

We are looking for a motivated technician with hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing gate operators, access control systems, and low-voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automatic gate operators
• Install and service LiftMaster, HySecurity, Max, and other gate operators
• Install and troubleshoot access control systems, keypads, card readers, telephone entry systems, and intercoms
• Install and troubleshoot ground loops, photo eyes, safety edges, and other UL 325 safety devices
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Install conduit, pull wire, and perform low-voltage wiring
• Program gate operators, access control systems, and remote devices
• Complete service reports and communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of gate automation and access control experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with LiftMaster, HySecurity, ButterflyMX, DoorKing, or similar systems preferred
• Knowledge of UL 325 safety requirements
• Experience with low-voltage wiring and conduit installation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in Nevada weather conditions

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Four 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule)
