Experienced Glazier/Glass Installer

EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL GLAZIER – FULL TIME
$30+ PER HOUR

Midway Glass & Metal Installers, Inc. is looking for an Experienced Commercial Glazier to join our team.
We are seeking a dependable, skilled glazier who can work efficiently in the field and take pride in quality workmanship.

PAY
$30+ per hour, based on experience and ability
Overtime opportunities available

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install commercial storefront and entrance systems
• Install aluminum framing, doors and hardware
• Install insulated glass, tempered glass and laminated glass
• Install curtain wall and window systems
• Perform glass replacements and service work
• Read field measurements, drawings and shop drawings
• Layout and install commercial glazing systems
• Operate lifts and construction equipment when required
• Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites
• Coordinate with foremen, project managers and other trades

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of commercial glazing experience preferred
• Experience with storefront, entrances, aluminum framing and glass installation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Ability to accurately measure and layout work
• Knowledge of commercial door hardware is a plus
• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts and scaffolding
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Safety-conscious and professional on jobsites
