Experienced Ground-Up Construction Project Manager / Super

Looking for a highly experienced PM/Superintendent to manage ground-up construction from start through closeout.

Must be strong with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site supervision, quality control, inspections, safety, change orders and solving problems before they become delays.

Requirements:

7+ years of ground-up construction experience
Strong plan-reading and field coordination skills
Proven ability to manage trades, schedule and budget
Excellent follow-up and communication
Local NYC experience preferred
