Gutter Installer – $25–$30/Hour

Twin City Exteriors / ABC Seamless of Maple Grove is hiring a gutter installer to join our established in-house crew.

We are looking for someone with approximately 1–2 years of gutter installation experience who can contribute right away but is not necessarily ready to run a crew.

This is a full-time, seasonal position based out of our Maple Grove-area office and warehouse.

Pay
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

Responsibilities

Install seamless gutters and downspouts
Assist with gutter-cover installation
Work safely from ladders and around residential job sites
Load materials, tools, and equipment
Help keep the truck, equipment, and work areas organized
Follow instructions from the crew foreman
Maintain professional conduct at customers’ homes
Assist with other exterior-remodeling or warehouse work when needed

Qualifications

Approximately 1–2 years of gutter installation experience
Experience installing seamless gutters and downspouts
Comfortable working from ladders and at residential rooflines
Able to lift and carry gutter sections, ladders, and materials
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Able to work outdoors in changing Minnesota weather
Willing to follow company installation standards and safety procedures

Experience operating a gutter machine is helpful but not required. Applicants do not need foreman experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time seasonal position. Work hours may vary based on weather, workload, and daylight.

We are a locally owned exterior-remodeling company that has served the Twin Cities area for more than 40 years. We install gutters, siding, roofing, windows, doors, soffit, and fascia.

Our office and warehouse are located in the Maple Grove area, and our work is primarily in the north and northwest Twin Cities suburbs.
