We're Looking For
Experienced Gutter Installers (Preferred)

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

Seamless gutter installation

Fascia-style and K-style gutter systems
Downspouts
Gutter guards
Copper and aluminum gutter systems
Reading measurements and installing with precision
Leading a crew and mentoring others (Crew Leader positions)

Construction, roofing, sheet metal, siding, or finish carpentry experience is also highly valued.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and punctual
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work safely on ladders and roofs
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Valid California driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of gutter installation experience
Exterior construction or carpentry experience
OSHA certification or ladder safety training
Ability to operate a gutter machine
Experience driving work trucks and trailers
