EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – PHILADELPHIA

We are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman/maintenance technician to handle residential property maintenance and repair work throughout Philadelphia.

MUST HAVE:

Own reliable transportation – DEAL BREAKER

Own tools – DEAL BREAKER
Own ladder – DEAL BREAKER
Smartphone – DEAL BREAKER
Strong experience in plumbing and carpentry – MUST HAVE
Ability to work independently and complete jobs professionally
Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic

Additional Skills – Preferred:

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Light electrical
HVAC
Light roofing
General home repairs and maintenance
Drywall repair and finishing

Drywall experience is important, especially the ability to properly mix and work with 5- or 20-minute setting-type drywall compound for efficient repairs.

We are looking for someone who can diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, keep a clean work area, and take pride in their work.

Pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
