Willow Construction Co. is looking for a reliable handyman or multi-trade Subcontractor experienced in residential repair and remodel work.

Skills needed (any combination):

• Carpentry and trim work
• Door and window installation
• Minor plumbing and electrical (must be licensed if applicable)
• Drywall repair and patching
• General punch list and repair work
• Painting
• LVP Flooring / Floor repair

Requirements:

• Licensed and insured
• Clean, professional work
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently on job sites
