Experienced Handyman – Part-Time – $35–$40/Hour

We are looking for an experienced, reliable handyman for ongoing part-time work at apartment buildings in Tarzana.

Pay: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

Work may include minor plumbing repairs, drywall and patching, painting, doors and locks, minor electrical work, appliance installation, and other general apartment maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on handyman or maintenance experience
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Good plumbing, drywall, painting and general repair skills
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Able to diagnose problems and work independently
• Dependable, responsive and available for part-time/as-needed work
• Good workmanship and attention to detail

This is ongoing part-time work, not a full-time position. We are looking for an individual handyman who would like regular supplemental work, not a general contractor or maintenance company charging service-call or contractor rates.
