Experienced Handyman / Remodeling Pro – Grow With a Busy Local Company

Johnny On-The-Spot is looking for a high-level handyman / remodeling professional who can take ownership of jobs, lead when needed, and represent the company well with customers. This is not a helper position. You’ll be the person clients trust in their home.

What Makes This Role Different:

Typical Work Includes, but not limited to:

• Drywall repair (patch, tape, mud, texture, paint)
• Doors, trim, baseboard install
• Flooring (LVP/laminate/tile)
• Basic fixture installs: plumbing and electrical
• Decks, fences, roofs...
• Inspection punch lists, small-to-full remodeling scopes, and more!

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years real-world handyman or remodeling experience
• Presentable with the ability to run jobs solo, lead a helper when needed, and most important work as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional communication with clients
• Clean, efficient workmanship (speed + quality both matter)
• Reliable, organized, with own basic tools, and shows up ready to go
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years; no more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years).
