Experienced Handyman – Residential Remodeling & Repair Work

Busy local residential remodeling/repair contractor is looking for a few experienced, dependable handymen to add to our list of contractors we can call on for ongoing work in The Woodlands and surrounding areas.

We are looking for skilled individuals who can handle a variety of residential repair and remodeling tasks. This is not necessarily full-time employment — we are looking for reliable people who want consistent opportunities as projects come up.

Typical work may include:

Sheetrock repair and finishing

Interior/exterior painting

Trim and baseboard installation

Doors and hardware

Flooring repairs and installation

Tile repairs

Cabinet repairs/installation

Minor plumbing and electrical

Carpentry and general repairs

Punch-list and remodeling work

Other residential repair work

Requirements:

Experienced in residential remodeling or handyman work

Own reliable tools
Reliable transportation
Dependable and able to show up when scheduled
Good communication and professional appearance
Able to work independently and complete jobs properly
Must be able to provide references
Background check required
Drug-free

We are looking for quality craftsmen, not someone just looking to pick up a quick job. We have ongoing residential work and would like to develop relationships with a few good handymen we can call whenever work becomes available.

Pay: Based on experience and skill level. Competitive rates for experienced, reliable craftsmen.
