Experienced Handyman Wanted – Must Be Able to Repair Buildings

We are looking for an experienced handyman who can diagnose and repair almost any building issue in residential and commercial properties.

You should have experience with:

Drywall repair and texture matching
Interior and exterior painting
Doors and locks
Windows and screens
Flooring (vinyl plank, laminate, tile)
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs
Trim and carpentry
Cabinet repairs
Fence and gate repairs
Concrete and masonry repairs
General maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of handyman or maintenance experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own basic tools
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a professional attitude and produce quality work
