Desired Experience

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Electrical repairs and fixture replacements
• Drywall installation, repairs, and texturing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Carpentry, framing, and finish work
• Cabinet and door installations
• Roofing and general building repairs
• Residential and commercial property maintenance

Applicants do not need to be proficient in every trade. However, hands-on experience in multiple areas is strongly preferred.

All work must be performed within applicable licensing and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Previous construction, handyman, or building maintenance experience
• Own reliable transportation (truck or work vehicle preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for job-related driving
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently or alongside others
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and property managers
• Professional references from previous employers, supervisors, or customers

Compensation & Opportunities
$20–$45 per hour, based on experience, demonstrated skills, and ability to work independently.

Higher compensation is available for experienced individuals capable of troubleshooting, organizing, and completing projects with minimal supervision.
